Our Process
At Brereton Pinnington no two projects are the
same. We work closely with our clients to ensure
we provide a bespoke design that individually
reflects personality and lifestyle.
Initial Meet
Our initial consultation is usually an onsite meeting to assess the scale of the proposed project and to discuss your particular requirements i.e. timescale, style, budget etc, so that we can best evaluate how to deliver your beautiful unique project, on schedule and within budget.
Design!
In our studio we have an extensive library of fabric and
wallpaper books from the leading companies.
We have an immense collection of samples of carpets,
tiles, hard flooring, rugs and so on. All of this enables
us to distinctively select the very best products for
your tailored design.
Design continued
We create a digital collage to capture the essence of
our proposed design, including furniture, lighting, tiling,
flooring and soft furnishings, along side samples of
fabrics, all on hand for you to view.
Our design sheets show a visual step by step of each room fully itemised with dimensions and price of each product.
Procurement & Installation
Once the design is agreed and a 75% interim payment has been received against the balance, we swing into action ordering all of the product on the sheets and arranging delivery from our many different suppliers to our warehouse, where we collate your entire project.
Curtains makers and upholsters are instructed and your
bespoke handmade items are created. Installation dates are secured with our drivers and curtain fitters are booked.

Finally the most exciting part where all the planning
becomes a reality! Installation is a full hands on process. We unpack product, remove all packaging and install your items of furniture in the correct place, taking time to asses hanging of art work, curtains, mirrors etc until we are completely satisfied, leaving you with a wonderful bespoke interior to enjoy for many years.

After installation is complete we will then invoice your
balance for the design.
